1. Introduction
These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of evolvedautomate.com, including our public marketing website and the secure administrative portal ("Hub") operated by Evolved Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using evolvedautomate.com or the Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or the Hub.

3. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to visitors of our public marketing pages and to authorised users of the Hub. They do not apply to our embedded Zoom application "Evolved Embed CC Salesforce" (available at /embed/zoom-cc-salesforce), which is governed by separate terms and policies where published.
If you use the Hub on behalf of a business customer of Evolved Technologies Ltd, your organisation may also be subject to a separate customer agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms on matters relating to the Hub, the customer agreement prevails.
4. Use of the website
You may browse our public marketing pages for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, interfere with the proper operation of the website, introduce malware, scrape content in breach of these Terms, or use the website in any way that is unlawful or harmful to us or others.
Information on our marketing pages is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated in a written agreement with you.
5. Hub access and accounts
We do not offer self-service registration. Access is limited to users authorised by Evolved Technologies Ltd.
Hub users sign in through Microsoft authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials and for all activity carried out under your Hub session. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to the Hub.
6. Our services
Evolved Automate provides managed telephony–CRM integration services. Through the Hub, authorised users may configure and monitor integrations between supported phone systems or contact centres and CRM platforms on behalf of our business customers.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the website or Hub where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service improvement. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to authorised users.
7. Your obligations
When using evolvedautomate.com or the Hub, you agree to:
- use the website and Hub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable customer agreement;
- ensure that any data you access or process through the Hub is handled in compliance with applicable law and your organisation's policies;
- not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our software, APIs, or integration infrastructure except as expressly permitted;
- not share Hub access with anyone who is not authorised by us.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in evolvedautomate.com, the Hub, our branding, documentation, and underlying software remain owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may not use our name, logos, or materials without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The website and Hub are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website or Hub will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Marketing content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website or Hub. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by your organisation to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100), except where a separate customer agreement specifies otherwise.
11. Third-party services
Our services connect with third-party platforms such as telephony providers, CRM systems, Microsoft identity services, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit evolvedautomate.com or use the Hub. By using our website or the Hub, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of evolvedautomate.com or the Hub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
