Evolved Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates evolvedautomate.com, which provides a public website describing our telephony–CRM integration services and a secure administrative portal ("Hub") for authorised users to manage customer integrations, monitor call activity, and configure connections between phone systems and CRM platforms.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit evolvedautomate.com or use the Hub.

3. Personal data we collect
3.1 Website visitors (public pages)
When you browse our marketing pages, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, and date and time of visit. We also collect aggregated analytics data through Vercel Analytics.
We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal data on our public marketing pages.
3.2 Demo bookings
If you click "Book a demo", you are redirected to Zoom Scheduler, operated by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Any personal data you provide there is collected by Zoom under their privacy policy. We receive only the information necessary to conduct the scheduled meeting. Book a demo
3.3 Hub administrators
If you sign in to the Hub with a Microsoft account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image from Microsoft Azure AD, along with authentication tokens required to maintain your session and role or permission claims assigned by us.
We do not offer self-service registration. Access is limited to users authorised by Evolved Technologies Ltd.
3.4 Customer and call data (processed via the Hub)
Authorised administrators use the Hub to manage integrations on behalf of our business customers. This may include customer organisation names and primary contact details, telephony metadata (such as phone numbers, call timestamps, duration, direction, and agent identity), and CRM integration configuration data.
For this data, our business customer is typically the data controller and Evolved Technologies Ltd acts as a data processor, processing data only on their instructions and as described in our customer agreements.
4. How we use personal data
- To operate and improve the website, including understanding how visitors use our pages (technical and analytics data).
- To authenticate Hub users and maintain secure sessions.
- To provide integration management services, including configuring and monitoring telephony and CRM connections.
- For security, fraud prevention, and audit purposes, including access logging.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Cookies and similar technologies

6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where necessary to operate our services, including with:
- Microsoft — for Hub authentication
- Vercel — for hosting and website analytics
- Cloud infrastructure providers (such as AWS) — for backend API hosting
- Telephony providers (such as Zoom, Dialpad, and RingCentral) — for integration operation
- CRM providers (such as Bullhorn, Espo, and Vincere) — for integration operation
- Professional advisers — under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities — where required by law
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant supervisory authority.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Customer and call data is retained in accordance with our customer agreements and is deleted or returned when those agreements end, unless we are required to retain it by law.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated access to the Hub, content security policies, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or your local supervisory authority.
Hub users may contact us using the privacy contact details above. If your personal data is processed through our customers' integrations, please contact the relevant business customer in the first instance. We will assist our customers as their data processor where appropriate.
11. Children
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
